🛬 Fly into Nairobi (JKIA). Shuttle to hotel, rest and prepare documents. Evening visit to the Giraffe Centre and game‑drive briefing.
🇰🇪 Kenya Masai Mara
🚐 Morning shuttle to Masai Mara (5 hr). Afternoon game drive. Overnight safari lodge or tented camp.
🇰🇪→🇷🇼 Rwanda Mara → Kigali
🚐 Early flight to Kigali (1h40m) or overland bus to Kampala (12 hr) then to Kigali. Afternoon Kigali Genocide Memorial.
🇷🇼 Rwanda Gorilla Trek
🚐 Volcanoes National Park – daily 4:00 am departure for gorilla trekking. Overnight near Kinigi.
